⏰ Full-time 🌏 Berlin/remote
At Jamie, we're on a mission to build the world's best AI meeting assistant, one that creates perfectly written, context-aware notes from every conversation. We're transforming how teams work by turning spoken conversations into structured, actionable insights. With Jamie, companies can capture knowledge effortlessly, make smarter decisions faster, and focus on what really matters: execution, not admin.
We ship fast. New features, new integrations, new capabilities. Most of it doesn't get the attention it deserves, not because it isn't good, but because turning what shipped into why it matters is real work. That's what this role is for.
We move fast, take ownership, and aim high. We're a small, ambitious team that believes in autonomy, accountability, and constant learning. Everyone here has real responsibility and impact. You'll work directly with the founders, make key strategic decisions, and see your work reflected in the company's growth. We value progress over perfection, initiative over titles, and action over meetings. If you're driven, curious, and ready to build something truly world-class, you'll feel right at home with us.
We're looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how Jamie's product reaches the market.
You sit between product and customer. You'll know what we're building well enough to explain it clearly, and know our users well enough to know which parts they actually care about. Every meaningful release gets a plan from you: who needs to hear about it, what they need to hear, and how it reaches them.
You'll also shape how people think about the category. AI meeting assistants are a crowded, fast-moving space and the market hasn't settled on what "good" looks like. The way you position Jamie now decides where we land.
This is a hands-on role with a lot of room. You'll write, ship, and measure, not hand briefs to someone else.
🚀 Own go-to-market for every release - plan and run launches end to end, including creating written and video content across the website, in-product, email, social, and press.
🎯 Sharpen our positioning and messaging - define how we talk about Jamie against the competition, and make sure that story is consistent everywhere a customer touches us.
✍️ Write the things that sell the product - landing pages, comparison pages, feature announcements, one-pagers, changelogs. You write clearly about technical things and know when a screenshot beats a paragraph.
🔍 Stay close to customers - sit in on sales calls, read support tickets, run interviews. The best product marketing comes from listening, not from a positioning workshop.
🤝 Enable sales and support - give the people talking to customers every day the right framing, the right materials, and good answers to the hard questions.
📊 Measure what works - track how launches perform, what converts, and what falls flat. Kill the things that don't work and double down on the ones that do.
⚙️ 3 to 6 years in product marketing, ideally at a B2B SaaS company shipping quickly. Bonus if you've built the function from scratch.
